Try mindful gardening to lower your stress level

Working in the garden offers a perfect opportunity to be more present in the moment.

Take in the sights, smells, and sounds of nature–bees pollenating, blossoming flowers, or birds singing.

Be aware of sensations in your body such as warmth, coolness, tightness, pain, or strength.

Notice your thoughts and feelings in a gentle way.

Breathe and be with whatever is happening in the moment.

Allow your experience nourish you.
