We’re here to support you through the COVID-19 Era

"I was concerned I was going to get pushback from folks thinking mindfulness was hippy-dippy stuff or saying, “That’s not going to fly at my organization”. I was surprised that there was a lot of respect for what she had to say. People were telling me that what she taught applied to them personally and to their organization."

Scott Madar, Founding Partner. ORC HSE Consulting

"We found ourselves together at a conference and the commute was miserable - the weather was awful. Cheryl walks into the room and we're about to get started and she said, 'I would love to lead everyone in a guided practice before we begin.' It was a really nice way to start. "

Tara Healey, Director, Mind the Moment

"Before mindfulness, there would be a build-up of stress that happens. Now I catch myself getting to that place of stress and consciously take a deep breath or stop and say, "Ok, you're thinking about the meeting you have next, but you need to stop thinking about that and focus on this.” Cheryl’s great. I can’t say enough about that."

Kevin Nelson, CEO, Aetna Better Health of New York

Hi, I’m Cheryl!

Helping others thrive isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I founded The Mindful Path in 2003 and since then, I have been at the forefront of the mindfulness revolution in the workplace and in healthcare.

THE MINDFUL PATH MISSION

Our mission is to engage and empower people with mindfulness skills and practices so they can improve their health and well-being in all areas of life.

Mindfulness is essential as we work together to navigate through these intense times. Nearly seven in 10 workers claim the coronavirus pandemic is the most stressful time of their career—even more than major events like 9/11 and the 2008 Great Recession, according to mental health provider Ginger.

Mindfulness is a particular way of engaging in life. It’s about being present in the moments of our lives. This involves noticing what is happening within us and around us with curiosity and openness. We strengthen this capacity for awareness through mindfulness meditation.

The Mindful Path offers wellness solutions for individuals and employers to ease anxiety about the unknowns we face and to build resilience for the journey ahead.
