Hi, I’m Cheryl!

I’ve dedicated my entire career to helping people of all ages to live a healthier lifestyle. I began my journey as a personal fitness trainer and high school health educator. Having founded three companies, I help organizations improve employee health and create a more positive workplace culture.

I started practicing mindfulness meditation in 1996 and since 2003, I have been at the forefront of the mindfulness revolution in the workplace and in healthcare. I believe mindfulness is the ‘secret sauce’ for improving health, building resilience, and increasing effectiveness.

For nearly a decade, I led the development and implementation of numerous wellness and mindfulness initiatives at Aetna. In 2019, my team received the Norman Vincent Peale Award for Positive Thinking for integrating mindfulness into the workplace.
