Greetings and welcome to the Mindful Me® program! I hope you’re taking a moment to acknowledge your choice to make an investment in yourself!
You can use this program in any way that works for you. There are seven mindfulness lessons.
- Try them all, but that’s not required.
- Practice the one(s) you prefer.
- There’s no particular order.
- Repeat them as often as you like.
What you can do in each lesson:
- Watch the introductory video.
- Listen to the guided meditation audio.
- Write down your experience using the e-worksheet.
- Participate in blog discussions.
- Ask Ms. Mindful a question.
