Coaching Your Way

I know there are many coaches out there so thank you for considering me. I’m Cheryl Jones, a certified health & wellness coach, spiritual counselor, and mindfulness teacher. I was brought to Aetna to lead the design and build of a holistic coaching program for millions of members.

Fun fact: I was a personal trainer to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

I guide women over 40 seeking to improve physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. What makes my approach unique is that it is rooted in mindfulness practice. That means you will learn to cultivate awareness of what you are actually doing with kindness rather than self-judgment. You’ll discover how to create new habits along your path to well-being.

You will have access to Mindful Me, a program designed to teach you how to meditate. We will use concepts from my books Mindful Exercise: A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise and Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey.
