Building a mindful company is a transformative process that begins with some basic steps. It’s about first understanding what mindfulness is and isn’t. And then exploring appropriate ways that will best serve employees at an individual level as well as the workplace culture at large.
The average person spends over 90,000 hours of their lifetime at work. Three-fourths of employees believe the worker has more on-the-job stress than a generation ago. People across all industries are being asked to do more with less while being plugged in 24/7.
People learn the behaviors of their workplace from each other. Unconscious habits that have formed over time become the way work gets done. Mindfulness enables us to see clearly what we are doing and how we are doing it. It helps us develop a new way to work–one that is more satisfying, less stressful, and more efficient.
Mindfulness can bring out the best in people and help organizations flourish. As it is often said, mindfulness practice is simple but not easy. We workout to strengthen the body. We work-in to strengthen the mind.
By participating in one of the course offerings below, you will have what you need to begin to map out the possible ways of bringing mindfulness to your organization with integrity.
