Coaching Your Way

I’m Cheryl Jones, a certified health & wellness coach and former personal trainer to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. I empower women over 40 seeking to reduce stress, build resilience, and thrive. What makes my approach unique is that it is rooted in mindfulness practice. You are creative, resourceful, and whole. I will act as your guide and ally. I’ll help you connect with your inner resources and capitalize on your strengths. I will also provide you with tools to support your journey. My approach is holistic, meaning you’ll discover how to create well-being in all areas of life. You’ll choose a focus for your coaching: body or brain. If you select “body” you’ll engage in mindful personal training using concepts from my book Mindful Exercise. If you select “brain” you’ll focus on mindful living. You’ll complete relevant at-home reflective exercises from my book Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey. Please contact me with any questions.



I will inspire you to discover your unique path to achieving health and well-being. I’ll help you befriend your body and connect with its innate intelligence. You’ll learn how to reclaim your body regardless of age, weight, or physical capabilities.

Even if you’re managing chronic pain or cancer you can move your body with kindness and appreciation for its true magnificence. You’ll learn how to focus on what’s right about your body. You’ll finally get on your own ‘to do’ list and practice a high level of self-care.

I will introduce you to mindfulness so you can lower stress and build resilience. Stress keeps us from staying physically active, eating healthy foods, sleeping, creating healthy relationships, and doing what we love.

I will teach you how to pause and pay attention to what’s happening inside and outside of you. You have the capacity to be awake and aware in the moment; though it seems in today’s busy world we need to be purposely mindful. I’ll introduce you to a variety of simple, practical meditations you can do anytime, anywhere.
