Coaching Your Way

I’m Cheryl Jones, a certified health & wellness coach and former personal trainer to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. I guide women over 40 seeking to reduce stress, build resilience, and thrive. What makes my approach unique is that it is a rooted in mindfulness practice. You’ll discover how to create well-being in all areas of life. You’ll choose a focus for your coaching: body fitness or brain fitness.

If you select “body” you’ll engage in mindful personal training using concepts from my book Mindful Exercise. If you select “brain” you’ll focus on mindful living. You’ll complete relevant at-home reflective exercises from my book Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey.
