Greetings and welcome to the Mindful Me® program! I hope you’re taking a moment to acknowledge your choice to make an investment in yourself!

You can use this program in any way that works for you. There are seven mindfulness lessons.

  • Try them all, but that’s not required.
  • Practice the one(s) you prefer.
  • There’s no particular order.
  • Repeat them as often as you like.

What you can do in each lesson:

  1. Watch the introductory video.
  2. Listen to the guided meditation audio.
  3. Write down your experience using the e-worksheet.
  4. Participate in blog discussions.
  5. Ask Ms. Mindful a question.
