I haven’t read the article yet, however, I have your book and loan it to friend and foe as well as give out your website. Fitness is from 6 to 60 plus and mindfulness works! I think as I meditate more, stay in the flow, and continue to connect with wellness people, the pounds are coming off. In addition, the tone is better and the mind is clearer (as you know I can get pretty fuzzy at times). I’ll see you in November and I’m looking forward to it.
